Dr. Evan Gibson is an Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  Professor Gibson’s research and teaching specialises in financial law and regulation, banking law, financial technology and the law, corporate law, economic law and comparative law. In recognition of his research expertise, Professor Gibson was awarded the Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W N Cheung Prize for Research Excellence. Professor Gibson publishes in Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, Edward Elgar, Routledge, Sweet & Maxwell, among others, and has worked with the European Central Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
