In 2016, Charles Song founded Linklogis and assumed responsibility for the group’s overall strategic planning, operational direction, and management. On April 9, 2021, Linklogis was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 

With over 30 years of experience in the financial, internet, and technology sectors, Charles Song has previously served in senior roles including: Strategic Advisor to Tencent Finance; President and Head of China Resources Bank’s Head Office; Global Head of Trust and Loan Agency Services at HSBC; and held positions at JPMorgan Chase and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group. He is a founding director of the China Securitization Forum and a former steering committee member of the London International Securities Market Association. Charles Song possesses extensive expertise in capital markets, asset securitization, commercial banking, and transaction banking. 

In 1985, Charles Song graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree, and in 1997, he earned an MBA from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He has received honors such as the Asian Banker’s “Innovation Leadership Achievement Award” and the title of “Benchmark Figure in China’s Supply Chain Finance Industry.”
