Philip Ng has 30 years of experience in leading diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. Philip was the National Head of Technology and Media Sectors for KPMG in China. Philip has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, technology ecosystem building, risk and governance and digitalization advisory.  Philip has led the professional teams in building technology ecosystems in Greentech, Autotech, Retailtech, Fintech, Chipset and Biotech. Philip has also advised several municipal governments on investment attraction strategies. 

Philip is the Vice Chairman & General Manager of Green Technology Center of Green Development Institute.  Philip serves as a committee member of the Green Technology and Finance Development Committee of the HKSAR Government, aims at promoting the development of GreenTech and Green Finance in Hong Kong and mainland China (especially the Great Bay Area).  Philip also serves as the Independent Non-executive Directors (INEDs) of Bank of China International Limited, China Poly Property Group and was the INED of Aquila Acquisition Corp (first SPAC listed company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and successfully de-SPAC in March 2025).  

Philip is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
